Returns and Exchanges
At SSSTUFFF, we value your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer the option to return eligible products within 14 days of purchase.
To make the process easier, you can now initiate your return by simply scanning our QR code below to fill the online return form.
Final Sale Items include sale items, hats, socks, jewellery, collaborative products releases, and other items specifically listed on the individual product page as non-returnable.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges without proper documentation, packaging, and/or materials. We also do not accept worn or damaged products for returns.
Please be aware that return shipping is NOT FREE:
For domestic returns within Spain, a fee of 7€ will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, the fee will vary depending on the country, ranging from 12€ (within Europe) to 24€-38€ (outside of Europe).
Refunds will be issued to a gift card unless the issue is our fault (such as receiving a damaged/wrong item or an item without a label etc). Please allow 3-5 business days for store credit processing upon receiving the returned item(s).
Important: Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by SSSTUFFF. You will need to contact your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund.
